Business Traveler
This is not a hotel for families or romance! I had lived in the Philadelphia area. This hotel is close to the airport and is a name brand hotel. However, it is near an area that is was not safe when I lived in the nice suburbs and it doesn't look much better now. Also, there is no place nearby to eat. Hotel required you to sign a no parties document. I also did not feel my car was safe. The decorator never sat at the desk and tried to use the PC. The desk was designed for a tall giant. It was terrible working conditions and I had a a lot of work to do. Only good thing was the internet was free. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I expected more from its star rating. The shower was less than clean. There was no refrigerator which was very inconvenient for us as we have a 10 month old daughter. The person in the room next to us smoked in his room and, subsequently, our room filled with cigarette smoke. He also was extremely loud. On the second evening of our stay, we had to call the front desk to complain about children down the hall who were screaming and running around their room for over three hours, past 10 pm.
