"In the heart of the Financial District", this "sleek" hotel caters both to businesspeople and "bargain-conscious college kids and families", who say the "spotless" accommodations are "larger than is typical" and the "42-inch plasma TV is a treat"; the downside, for now, is the "noise" associated with being "in the middle of eternal construction zones", but some like having the "best view of the Ground Zero rebuild", if not the constant "sea of gawkers."

hotel was clean and staff was very friendly the bed was especially comfortable after a long day in the city walking.

I enjoyed this hotel, it was clean and the room was very comfortable and not cramp like other NYC hotels may be, the subway is within a block of the hotel.

The rooms were very spacious and elegant.

Hotel is beautiful. The location was great for Battery park and south street seaport. Great views of ground zero and very emotional times remembering 9/11 and all the people.

The restaurant staff acted like they really didn't want to be there and the prices were expensive.
