Free Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator, guest closet, gym, and free laundry.

Price was a bit steep, and staff was not professional for price.

Highly recommended for the business traveler. It has everything needed to live on the road with minimal hassle. Clean gym, free laundry, and excellent facilities throughout.

Clean, nicely appointed, quiet and close to the subway.

Nice staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Room was decent sized by NY standards. Coffee was available in the common area one of the mornings we were there, but not the other two days. Staff was nice and responsive, and the hotel is only a block away from a subway stop. ...read more

The hotel was in an area I was quite familiar with. They gave us a suite without an additional charge.

We really liked Club Quarters. They gave us a suite with two rooms so it was good for traveling with our two children, 8 and 4. The room was quite comfortable and they supplied us with water bottles and spring water, which was great for carrying while touring. There were board games and comfortable chairs in the lobby. There were no free television channels with children's programs, so that was a choice we had to make when we wanted the kids to have a little down time at the end of the afternoon. ...read more

Service was sub-standard & room quality low for current advertised star rating.

Although a convienent location, this hotel would not be recommended for the holiday traveler looking to enjoy relaxing time in room. Maybe a quick in and out business trip.
