I loved the art deco decor. I felt like I was staying at a boutique hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

This was suppose to be a 3 star hotel. It was more like a 1 star. As soon as you stepped off the elevator, the old, moldy smell hit you in the face! In the room, you could tell they had spent a lot of money to try to renovate a very old hotel, but it just wasn't working. The beds were very uncomfortable. The floor of the shower dirt on it and mold around the drain. It looked like this bathroom hadn't been cleaned in years. This hotel is located right next to Interstate 10 and believe me it was very noisy at night when trying to sleep. The walls were very thin, you could hear people in their room down the hall talking. Hard to find the drive into this hotel. We got there at 2:15 pm and it was 3:20 before they could get us a room, despite them saying that 3 was their check-in time.
