Crowne Plaza Hotel Executive Center Baton Rouge

Lovely hotel if you can sleep on a band stand.

This was a terrible experience. There was a party going on in the hotel club on the ground floor. We were on the fourth floor and could still hear the music loud. I called the front desk to complain and the man said the party would continue until 2:00 am. It was after midnight and we had 2 small children with us who were already asleep. Moving was not an option. The rooms were not clean. When we entered the hotel lobby there was a dirty fork on the floor and trash scattered on the front desk, and none of the staff seemed too concerned about it. Excellent location. Staff was very friendly. Will be nice when renovations are completed.

Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Lobby very pretty, staff helpful - but the room was woefully short of being the 3 star room that was agreed upon. Smelled of midew when you walked in with mold in the closets. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off everytime it kicked on. The comforter felt like an x-ray blanket - very heavy and uncomfortable. Will never stay there again. ...read more

The hotel was very busy the night we checked in. However, the staff remained calm and check everyone in quickly and efficiently.

Hotel was in an excellent location for what I needed to do. Central Baton Rouge. Clean and roomy rooms. The Front Desk staff was cheerful and friendly.
