Friendly staff.

Moldy rooms.

Staff was extra friendly. Room had an awful smell to it. Housekeeping was prompt but failed to clear up the odor.

Good location for my purpose.

The front desk clerk was rude and the cleaning staff did not want to clean my room daily.

The woman who prepared breakfast for the guest was an angel. She was the bright spot of my business trip. I would give her five stars. The people at the front desk during the daytime were horrible! I was met with rude and unwilling "help". The staff did not want to clean my room. I arrived at the hotel after a twelve hour work day and my room had not been touched! I went to the desk clerk and she said that she was under the impression that I only wanted clean towels (which were not in my room! Tuesday night, I was asleep in my room and they had given my room to someone else! I was awakened by someone trying to come into my room! Thank God I had the latch on the door so HE was unable to enter. I called the desk to ask what in the world was going on and they never answered the phone!
