AC was off and the room smelled very musty and the bathroom was filthy.
Room would be conditioned, especially in Floida with the heat and humidity. Mold and germs like moist unconditioned spaces and if we were to perform the white glove treatment this place would fail, never mind taking samples for lab review. One quick night was all I could take! ...read more

Family with Young Children
When I go to a hotel to stay I don't expect to be given my room key until it is done being cleaned. I arrived 3 hours after I was told that I could check in and I was given the key. The kids had to go to the bathroom. When I got to the room they were still cleaning it and told us we could use the bathroom until they were done which was 30 min later. We asked if the kids could use it in the office we were told no we had to wait. The majority of the plug outlets were not working in the room and neither was the microwave when we went to use it it wouldn't work. I couldn't charge my phone due to not having enough outlets working. Half the lights in the room didn't work. I had a friend stop by for a couple of hours and the lady at the front desk came out and gave me a hard time about them being there.There was supposed to be cable TV. We got 5 channels so the kids were unhappy. I was very unhappy with the room. The service and room was terrible. I expected more and got less. ...read more

The phrase you get what you pay for comes to mind. It was cheaper than any other in the area but I would probably recommend upgrading to a better place. The room was dirty and the blankets were ripped up. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall and the water had a bad smell to it. Enter at own risk. A good place to put up your feet, but nothing to write home about. Secure, cleanly, friendly staff, spacious bathroom, comfortable. Good for the economy-conscious on a road trip.
