The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool was not opened, and they offered for us to go to another hotel to use their pool.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. It is one of the nicer hotels in Abilene. It is conveniently located by the Mall, and several restaurants. Exercise room across from elevators - didn't have to walk through entire hotel in workout clothes.

Not enough TV channel info nor children's programming.

My family tries to stay at this hotel anytime we visit the area. We were all disappointed to find the indoor pool closed for repairs when we arrived this time - a swim is usually a highlight when we are at this hotel. No contintential breakfast, $10/person.

I have stayed at other courtyards and this one is pretty run down. It was clean and the staff was friendly but the carpet was pretty worn and it just looked like it needed to be redone a little.
