The lighting in the room was only fair.

I would stay there again. The hotel is new, pleasant, comfortable, clean. Staff is friendly. Very close to airport.

Perfect fit for business trips, plenty of room.
Breakfast selection is poor - like all US hotels. Coffee disgusting.

Perfect, cozy place to stay, nice staff, close to airport - still close to town. Just do not ever expect good coffee or breakfast in any US hotel.

Night staff somewhat taciturn, housekeeping missed cleaning one day.

This is a very convenient, clean and functional hotel within minutes of the airport and near many casual dining restaurants. The WiFi hookup was easy in the room, a great plus. Staff was friendly during the day but some were diffident during nightshift. Good waffles are the strongest feature of the hot breakfast. Pool and exercise room are small but functional. What's not to like?

Courteous staff, close to the airport, clean, spacious rooms, free shuttle to the airport and the rental car locations. I highly recommend this hotel, great value for the money.

Very warm swimming pool which was great fun for my grandchildren and myself.
Really not anything I can think of.

Good breakfast, good swimming pool, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient Bradley airport access.
