Family with Young Children
Hotel was very nice. We had a short overnight stay. The pool looked very nice but, our one girl was just getting over the flu, so we elected not to use the pool for that reason. The outside of the hotel was very nice, as well as the public areas. The room was showing signs of being a little worn, but was clean and met our needs. Because it was a short stay, we did not have to use the kitchen area, but it seemed very well stocked with silverware, plates, utensils, etc. The microwave popcorn in the room was a nice touch. Hotel is located just off the main road going into State College, and is close to residential area. There are several restaurants and shopping plazas close to the hotel, and is about a mile from the town of State College and the campus. ...read more

Everything was great about the hotel - the price was fantastic, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, there is a free pool table, and free pool.

Very nice lobby. Nice pool and whirlpool. The general manager was very nice along with the rest of front desk staff. The only problem was the TV. Different channels came in snow others clear only there one night. Your room has a refrigerator like home microwave oven and stove for longer stays. ...read more

The room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was great, the room was spacious and very accomodating! Would love to stay there again!
