It was close enough to my business activities to make it convenient for me to get back and forth.
The facility was uncared for: torn carpet, lingering odor, dingy/scraped paint & torn bed cover.

The owners of this motel did not appear to care for the premises. There were two pieces of carpet torn out in our room in separate places, the paint was dingy and scraped, the bed cover had a hole in it and there was a lingering odor in the halls and rooms (we had two). The staff were the only redeeming quality of the hotel; they were very nice to us. ...read more

Location.
Food in fridge, hole in carpet, not dusted, looks like Budgetel.

Extended Stay is an excellent chain. This location is an embarrassment to a good name. A really cheap room, reminiscent of an old Budgetel, that was poorly serviced before we arrived. No cups in bathroom, someone else's drink in the fridge. Slivers of soap, an 8 inch long hole in the carpet, no dusting. Not much to recommend. ...read more

Pleasant staff.
Lack of cleanliness, no hairdryer, no breakfast, unattractive, no free internet, hard beds.

This hotel was very disappointing. It might be OK for a person staying several days, but I found it terrible. Beds were hard, cheap decor, no hairdryers in rooms, no shampoo, etc. Had to pay $5 for internet. There is no food or coffee in lobby for breakfast. The halls were dirty and stained. Overall a super disappointment and should only be given a 1-star rating. ...read more

Roominess of the room.

This hotel was spacious, but I did not feel that it was clean.

Woman at check-in was polite.
Despite need of follow up on cleaning staff. Bedding had holes, fridge was broken and dirty on the outside.

Possibly suitable for 1 night stay if desperate.

The room was clean.
Carpets stained. Upholstered chair was worn in areas. Bed was uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel. I would pay a few dollars more to stay at a 3 star hotel. The kitchenette was nice; however, I was not prepared to grocery shop for meals as I was only staying 2 nights. This hotel should be rated as a 1 star hotel. Condition of the carpet, from the front entry to the elevator, to the hallways, was appalling. Halls were hot. No air condition. Upon entering room, it was the same. Air condition worked fine, it just needed to be turned on. The desk clerk failed to return my credit card and I did not realize it until my bill came for dinner and I did not have a way to pay for my meal. She also forgot to give me the access code for internet and when I arrived in my room and called the desk she said "Oh, I was just getting ready to call you". She said the same thing when I went back to retrieve my credit card, however, that was 4 hours after she found out that she forgot to give the card back to me. ...read more

Convenient to expressway and downtown.
Bathroom was filthy, toilet and bathroom floor were not cleaned.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The toilet and bathroom floor were not cleaned. The garbage in the kitchen was not emptied. The halls reeked of smoke. There was no one around to remedy the situation since the front desk was closed when I arrived. ...read more

It had a kitchenette and my spouse is a chef!
The first room we gotten hadn't been cleaned yet.

The first room we got was dirty. We did have furnished dishes that needed to be washed before we used them. The staff was nice and gave us everything that we asked for. Overall it was a pleasant experience but it was kinda hard to get to the frontage road to get to the motel. ...read more
