Fine facilities. Good staff with very professional operations. Not easily accessible by metro transportation other than taxis. Restaurant is very nice and clean with a very professional image. Only had breakfast meals buffet style and they were wonderful. Hotel has very contemporary decor and looks like a newer facility on the inside. The hotel was perfect for a business traveler and very clean. It was out of the city proper and remote. The staff were not friendly or helpful and gave incorrect information. The restaurant staff were rude. The internet service was sparatic and user unfriendly. Few restaurants in the area and no entertainment. The reception person made a comment that I didn't pay much considering the regular price of the hotel room when I complained that the room I was first provided was small, poorly light. ...read more

Located next to a beautiful beach. Not in the center of the city which means you probably have to take a taxi or a bus to get to Las Ramblas, Place Catalunya, etc. On the plus side the bus stop is right there and it's a pretty drive into the city center. Very nice, clean and accommodating.

The room was excellent, the staff very helpful, and the view of the beach was outstanding. This hotel is perfect for the summer, but a little far from the city in colder weather.
