The residence is located 5 kilometres from the beach, Moliets Plage, in the heart of a pine forest in Landes, on the edge of Lake Paludot.Guest accommodation is composed of bungalows spread out over 5 hectares of calm, peaceful natural surroundings. The one-level bungalows sleep 4 to 6 people and are well-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, oven, electric hotplate, and dishwasher) and a furnished terrace.The residence also features many facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool (open in July and August), an indoor heated swimming pool, football and rugby pitches, basketball and volleyball courts, a bowling area, table tennis, a children's playground, an outdoor car park and 20 kilometres of cycling paths.During the spring holidays and in July and August, the residence offers a free children's activity club for 4 to 10 year-olds and 11 to 13 years-olds. A daily program of activities is available for adults and teenagers during July and August.
