Best Western Inn And Suites Byron

This is the best Priceline hotel we have stayed at. Room was very nice and roomy. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Pretty basic hotel but had everything
I needed. Free internet and computer use. Pool was a little cold but the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was free and pretty good.

We were pleased with the room size and cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were even comfortable. Although we were 15 miles from our destination, we are planning on staying there again.

I was pleased with my stay.

Room was OK but I would not go out of my way to stay there. In fact I stayed another night but at the Holiday Inn Express next door.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was under construction at the time, the lobby was gross, there was sheet rock all over the place and dust and no wall paper on the hallway walls, the sheets were stained, the whole hotel stunk, half-eaten spaghetti room service meals from other customers was not picked up in the hallways over night, the room smelled, the bathroom was not very clean, the whole hotel was ugly inside and outside, and the room did not feel secure as it had a sliding door leading into a drury, ugly courtyard. This hotel was very clean and the people very friendly. It was easy to find stores, restaurants, etc in close proximity. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint was the fitness room was very outdated and the equipment did not work properly. ...read more
