The Paradisus Punta Cana was quite elegant. The staff is very helpful. The restaurants; WOW! Beach was clean, beautiful and secure. There was security staff on the beach and the grounds all day and night. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff was awesome. My biggest problem was with housekeeping. They left the same linen on our bed for the next day, left our bathtub dirty and only left part of our towels half of the time. Our room was really crappy; there was mold around the caulking of the tub, the drapes looked like someone just threw them up on the rod and there were actual holes in the ceiling & walls were fixtures went unfinished and plugs hanging out the sockets showing exposed wires. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
We did not stay at the paradises Punta canal due to over booking by the resort. They did send us to their sister resort, paradises Palma real, so the above rating is for this resort.
