Business Traveler
I did like the hotel itself. The front desk was very nice. The reason why I had rated the service the way I did was that during breakfast time there was no sign indicating whether or not breakfast was free as with some other hotels. The cashier was not helpful at all and in fact very rude. Otherwise I did enjoy my stay. It was for a business trip. I would gladly stay there again, only I would not bother with breakfast. ...read more

The hotel itself is very nice, but in a terrible location unless you are flying. It was a long and badly directed walk to the T and and a 40 minute wait for a cab to get to the hotel.

Nice to have a shopping center next to the hotel with 2 restaurants there (Olive Garden and AppleBees). Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Good to have wired and wireless internet connection in the room. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the subway and you can get to downtown quickly. ...read more
