Room had many amenities, was more than expected ie: 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with appliances, dining area, living room
They did not have our reservation at the front desk--we had to wait about 25 minutes in lobby
Room suite was much larger than expected, very comfortable and accomodating, also a balcony which is rare in Manhattan
