The hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

Clean; accomodating of special request.

"Deluxe" continental breakfast had nothing to deserve that description.

At our request, they gave us a room near the elevator because we had someone on crutches. They were also accomodating of our uncertainty about whether we would need to use the third night of our reservation. They made it easy for us to check-out, but hold on to that last night until we were sure we wouldn't need it. That saved us having to drive a half hour each way to check out once we were cleared to leave (medically). ...read more

This hotel was attractive, and we felt safe in the environment. The location of the elevator was convenient, and the continental breakfast was adequate.

Very clean. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Could have a better continental breakfast.

My stay was 5 days. Each day they made sure my room was thoroughly cleaned and all used towels had been replaced. The staff was very polite and helpful. The choices for the continental breakfast were plentiful.

Only stayed one night--did not find anything I didn't like about it.

I am returning with family May 27th weekend for longer stay for a wedding. I am looking forward to staying at Best Western Swansboro for a longer period of time. It is a great hotel.
