Free water bottles in fridge.

Lobby and breakfast area were not air conditioned and it was stuffy and hot.

Nice room. Clean. Lobby area was really stuffy and hot, but air conditioning seemed to work ok in room. 2 day old newspapers in lobby.

Was clean, nice and had an upscale feel to it, seemed to be good eminence and things were in good condition.

Well my only rant is that they only had 2 public access computers, which seemed to be occupied every time I walked through the lobby.

Went and stayed in this hotel as my girlfriend, her daughter, and myself had come to Chicago for Lollapalooza 08. The hotel was a good 15 miles or so from downtown Chicago, which was alright, I did not expect to have a hotel right downtown. Seemed to be located in a decent neighborhood and getting to downtown was not too confusing. Lie about what they have.

Very nice place, Very nice rooms. But they claimed to have a swimming pool and bar/restaraunt on the ammenities page. They don't have either. If you want to swim, you have to turn in your drivers license to get a wrist band and go to the Holiday Inn next door. Had to go down the street to a Bowling alley for a bar. ...read more

The beds were so comfortable, I wish I could have slept in past noon. And the desk did not charge us for a missing trash can they were understanding.

Haveing to be out before noon. I know its mandatory but I wish I could have stayed in bed.

Everything met my expectations and the staff was friendly and courteous. They far exceed the Best Westerns in my area.

It is a place I would stay when ever we are in Chicago.

Other then we have to go to the next hotel to go swimming,but its not to much of a problem anymore.

The hotel is not far from stores or restaurants and is a safe place to stay in. Everyone was helpful. We wanted to know about a place to dine and they gave us a list of the places near by. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast, which is all they served and for us it was just right. ...read more

I liked the location and the service we got.

Only thing is if we stayed there during the holidays like Christmas or new years, it would be to cold to go next door to use the pool or hot tub.

This hotel is great, the price is reasonable and now that they are going to add a microwave and small frig, that even makes it better. In fact we and the family are staying there the weekend of ague. 3rd. Looking forward to staying there with the family. ...read more
