There was hair in the bed linens which grossed me out.

The hotel was ok for the most part. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean except for the hair I found in the bed linens.

Located conveniently to visit Niagara Falls. Breakfast provided was sumptuous. Staff was courteous and helpful.

We could have had better general lighting in the room.

Comfortable and friendly. Strongly recommend particularly for senior citizens.

Better for knowing; initial impressions not at all favorable.

The room offered us was rank and had strong tobacco odor.

The location is marred by construction works at the front entrance which is a disappointment as the blurb talks about the parkland setting. Front desk is reasonably efficient but not over welcoming. Bar and restaurant service ok we had a good evening meal; bedrooms adequately equipped, but this is a tired hotel, AC very noisy. We did not experience any of the Conference facilities. ...read more

Very cozy location and everything was so clean and nice!

I really can't complain about anything. It was great!

This Ramada is so beautiful! My husband and I had a great time. The staff is very nice and the location is perfect. It's set back off the road and surrounded by trees.
