There were no chairs, sofas, etc in our room and it was a great facility.

We arrived at this hotel at 11:30 at night after 5 hours on the road to find a completely incompetent person at the front desk. There were no key cards available for the patrons so he had to escort us to our room. He left us standing and waiting and waiting and waiting until he checked everyone else in. When he escorted us to our room, the key did not work. When he finally got us in our room, I asked him how we were going to be able to go to and from our room with no key. His response, I don't know! Also, our room was near the stairs where the door slammed loudly enough to wake me every time someone entered or exited. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but cigarette smoke was regularly filtering into the bathroom. The shower literally turned itself off 5 time while showering and would navigate from excruciatingly hot to near freezing temperatures. For Friday night, it was definitely one of the worst hotel stays that I have ever had. On Saturday, the day desk manager was much better. I didn't tell her the whole saga with the employee the night before. I did, however, ask to change rooms due to the smoke, shower, and door noise. AC cut off at night. Hotel staff unconcerned, asked me to tough it out. Fortunately, the window opened but it had no screen to keep insects out.

Hotel was clean and decent looking. Staff was friendly enough, Check-in was easy. There were several dogs around though, and my kids were terrified. The complimentary breakfast ran out of food an hour before it was supposed to end. The girl working it did not replenish and played ethnic music very loudly. We received assurances that even tho the weather was closing in our room were still there. Subsequently we got stuck there an additional day due to a snow emergency. The staff (what there was of it) went out of their way to make sure the additional stay was as pleasant as possible. Rooms we stayed in were clean and the beds were comfortable. I was pleased with my stay in this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to everybody I know.

The staff was very nice and the facility was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it for travel, leisure and family stays.
