Apparently I was in the bad part of town because when I checked in the front desk was behind bullet proof glass. The bathroom had a cockroach crawling across the floor when I walked in. The wireless internet was semi-functional at best. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal, no milk, absolutely horrible coffee, and that's it! The refrigerator in the room had a 1 liter frozen, half empty bottle of Pepsi left in it. I am a college student that was just passing though on my way home for the holiday, but I do not feel that I got my money's worth. I wouldn't ask my worst enemy to stay at this hotel.

I was far less than pleased. The bedding had stains and hair on the sheets. The shower curtain was crunchy at the bottom from being old. There was no hair dryer or iron. My fault! When the sun went down, strange people came from everywhere and walked up and down the streets, it was very intimidating to me and my daughter. We went to a CVS and had a Guard walk us to our car. Not a good experience for us.

Good place to stay.

Room was good severic was fair the clerk didn't speak english very well which made it even harder to commuicate was located in a good place 10 miles from opry mills and down town some traffic noise but if your like my wife she slept with ear plugs
