They had a large banner outside advertising free hot breakfast. We later learned that because we booked through Priceline and got a good rate we did not qualify for the breakfast.

The people working at the hotel did a great job.
Air conditioner did not work in the first room. Needed to switch rooms.

It seemed the rooms had not been updated in a number of years. The only thing that looked new in the rooms was the bed spread and pillows.

Door to room was open and panel on the floor.

This hotel is fine for a very short stay and you are not a hotel snob. The room was clean, but the door to the room was wide open when we got there, some sort of plumbing paneling was on the floor, and we had to wait for some other person at the desk to come back from wherever he was to check us in. ...read more

Room was of good size.
The hotel was worn.

Although comfortable and very convenient to Richmond airport, the decor was worn and outdated. The facility will work well for the business traveler on a short stay.
