Comfort Suites Lake Forest (Laguna Hills)

I had a very nice two-night stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was the perfect size and very clean, especially the bathroom. Most hotel bathrooms feel less than sanitary with mold in the shower and unmaintained caulking. This was not the case here. Internet through the TV was nice to have, too. We had to change rooms because we wanted to stay an extra day. Staff told us it would be no problem when we paid for the room. When checking to make sure the room would be ready the next morning a female staff member told us she didn't know if the room would be ready and that there might be a problem. I told her that it would be a problem if we couldn't get into the room as promised, (we had a firm schedule to meet). Her attitude was I was putting her out. Instead of telling me they would everything possible to help us she took the stance that we probably can't help you. However the room was ready on our time schedule and this problem could have been avoided by better communication among staff and a willingness to accommodate the customer by this person.
