Family with Teens
Room was clean and quiet, beds very comfortable. Only bad note of stay was a Hotel employee who instead of informing you as you are walking to the pool with the towels from your room, that they have towels in the pool area, he yells loudly take them back towels are in the pool area. My husband was shocked with this employees behavior and we wondered what he would have said to teen or younger. This employee was noted doing his yelling rather than using people skills when noting behavior that he wished to redirect. This was my only negative with the stay, it was upsetting dealing with him and watching his behavior with others. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel if you have children due to this employee unreasonable approach. ...read more
