Despite an "excellent" location that's "15-minutes max" to all areas of the city, with "lots of restaurants and a grocery store practically in the same parking lot", this nonsmoking hotel itself is "just mediocre", thanks to rooms in the motellike, elevator-free "side wing" and some "structural upgrading" necessary throughout; guests do get the benefit of free WiFi, "helpful, friendly" service, "comfortable beds" and a 24-hour airport shuttle, while ongoing renovations ought to further raise scores.

The staff was awesome.
Staff was friendly and helpful, we were booked in a smoking room, but we are not smokers. The clerk at the desk let us know we were in a smoking and asked if we would like something else. The room was nice about all I can say.
The whirlpool never worked, there was loud music playing all day one Saturday, couldn't rest.
I would like to see this hotel do a better job of helping their guest even if they didn't pay full price.

The Jacuzzi was cold, needs more jets.
In all a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant price was reasonable. Food was good.
