The front desk clerk who checked me in was very friendly and personable.
There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed.

Easy to get to. Even though it is close to I-385, was not noisy.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast bar was one of the best I have had in a while. I will definitely be staying there when I am in need of a room in that area.

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best it could be. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Simpsonville or the Greenville area.

I thought this hotel was very nice and clean. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool, the location was great for shopping and restaurants.

Only cardio equipment in fitness room.

Clean & comfortable with a fitness room & laundry facilities. The breakfast was better than the usual hotel breakfast (hot food).

Breakfast was fine.
No room clean/no towels at all on New Year's Day.

We were told the cleaning staff were off for the day and the "administrative team" was supposed to clean and service the rooms. They did nothing. Unbelievable.
