I liked the
friendly service from house keeping.

Many of the employees said they couldn't help me with small things (milk from the cafe in the evening, finding extra bags for dirty clothes, etc).

It was an overall good experience. The hotel is super nice and new. The breakfast area is very nice and comfortable. The food selection for breakfast was
okay but it could have improved.

It's back off the main road and I didn't see an entrance sign.

I liked it, and would stay there again.

Nice and quiet rooms although close to airport.

Great to place to stay for a few nights when visiting the Miami area, although it is about 45 mins from the beach.

Can't think of a thing. Oh, if you want to be near the beach, this hotel would not be for you.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was just so nice and clean. Very nice pool area with Jacuzzi. Free cookies at check-in. Complimentary coffee & tea all day. I got locked out of my room one night. The key didn't work.

This hotel is great. Very clean and friendly, would reccomend to all friends and family that visit Kendall and Miami.
