Great walking distance to downtown Helen.

Breakfast was too skimpy.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It was clean. The staff was very friendly. The ice machines always seemed to be out of ice. Breakfast was not good for my diabetic child.

Location.

Smell in the room.

It was OK to stay a night but the smell in the rooms was pretty bad. Also the fridge in one room did not work.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Located within easy walking distance of most local attractions and stores. Warm friendly staff, comfortable room and a good breakfast.

The staff was excellent.

Housekeeping had not cleaned the room.

One call to the office and they were there within 2 minutes. The hotel was quiet. The location was excellent. After we checked out we noticed we had a flat tire, there was a young maintenance man there who offered to put on our spare and give directions to the nearest tire store. When we return we will stay at the same hotel.
