Inability to fairly and properly accommodate for mis booking. As a result we had smoke allergies and our property smelled like smoke when we left.

At check in the clerk informed us that they had mis booked us into a smoking room. The room smelled so bad that we had to go get an anti-allergen odor neutralizer so my son and I could breath. Our last night there, the guest next to us had the same issue. The hotel mis booked them into a smoking room as well. When we left the hotel our clothing and property stank like smoke. I will not stay there again, I felt their dishonesty and lack of accommodation unacceptable. ...read more

Easy to find. Close to lots of attractions.

They have a friendly staff. It is in a good location for things to do. The rooms are clean and good size. I hope to stay there again some day.

Easy driving distance of the Red Rocks Area and Sedona without the high cost of Sedona.

It smelled bad. The walls had holes in them. The furniture was dirty.
