Requested refrigerator repair/inspection from staff, but no one ever came.

Complementary transportation to/from airport was great though the shuttle should run about twice as often as it does. Complementary breakfast was much better than most hotels I've stayed at in the 1-3 star range. Walls were a bit thin and I had to hear my loud neighbors a lot at night. Breakfast isn't great and has unfriendly attendant.

The hotel is very clean, and you can have a good time without leaving.

Can't think of anything I didn't like about it.

Although this is an older hotel, it has been recently renovated and is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Internet facilities are provided as well as a deluxe complementary breakfast. Pool area was a little plain for Florida.

If looking for a hotel before or after a cruise or air travel this is a great hotel to stay at. Very clean and well organized for shuttle to & from cruise port and airport.
