The bed was comfortable.

No staff at check in. Breakfast attendant talked in Spanish on her cell phone while working. Train and traffic noise bothersome.

Hotel is has easy access to I35W; however, the train noise and traffic are a distraction. Although the hotel boasts of non-smoking, the 3rd floor smelled heavily of smoke.

Air-conditioning system was too loud; refrigerator was not cold enough.
