Easy subway access.
This was the worst experience in 30+ years of travel.

The hotel staff is rude, condescending and unfriendly. We came in from all over the country and are very influential in our neighborhoods. Over 300 people already informed about our experience.

Location convenience, staff friendliness, value, meeting expectations, affordability.

Clean rooms.
Breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is a good clean hotel and a good price for New York.

Reasonable price.
No view from room, window was at ceiling and 6" high.

It is a no frills, no bells and whistles, hotel room.
