poor lighting-temperature control
Employees were friendly enough, but some did not speak English and could not provide assistance. Lighting poor for work in room. Temperature control cooled 15 minutes then never came back on until manually done. Repeated requests received the answer that nothing could be done- it was an energy saver. The hallways were always hot. The comforter was a cheap, slick cover I didn't want touching me. Other rooms, I noticed had nice cotton comforters. Close to the event we attended.
Bed was hard and lumpy, breakfast was truly disgusting.
Not well marked from street, beds were lumpy and hard, breakfast was cold soggy greasy eggs. Coffee was not bad. Staff was nice, room was clean. Have stayed at nicer motel 6 or super 8's. Not impressed. ...read more

The hotel staff was friendly and it had amenities that I valued (fitness room, spa, laundry onsite, business center)
The view from my room was horrible-a dirty back alley.
