Service fee.

Kids shoes were stolen at kids Quest. Kids Quest staff was rude and unsympathetic. Gaming staff and facilities was very poor. Hotel room was clean and nice.

Hidden fees when I checked in, pool closed at 6 pm.

Clean hotel, plan on getting slapped with additional amenity charges at $16 / night.
