Family with Teens
We were very dissatisfied with our experience. The hotel staff was less than friendly, and the cleaning staff failed to make up our room on the second night of our stay. The toilet flush on the commode did not work properly and we had to manually adjust it four or five times. I had to venture to the lobby on a Sunday evening and nearly passed out from the cigarette smoke coming from the bar area. My kids were almost afraid to eat the continental breakfast on the last day of our stay. We did not feel comfortable using the pool given the general upkeep of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Vaulted ceiling rooms are quaint but take a long time to heat in the winter.
