It was run down dirty, no outlets to use grooming products, the staff complained all the time, the bed was the worse ever, I didn't see bugs but I'm sure from the look of the rest of the place that they were there. The lobby smelt of cat urine, which was very offensive. ...read more

Unlisted charge of $10 for dog.

He said that there was a $10 charge for our dog even though the website said pets were allowed and did not say anything about an extra charge. I tried to suggest that perhaps he should inform the management of this oversight. He took offense and suggested that I could stay somewhere else. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The room was very dim, even with all the lights on.

This hotel was a nice surprise. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.
