Solo Traveler
On the day of our check-in, we were told there were no 2 bed rooms so we had an upgraded king since we were 2 women. The hotel was not full and yet we had to wait over an hour (until about 4:30 pm) for a room to be ready. The offered us another room but it was right next to the family pool. ...read more

Erratic service. Restaurant service ranged from excellent to poor, depending on the meal. The room never got serviced in spite of requesting this 6 times. Manager response was underwhelming. Way off the beaten path and many other resorts in this area that I would consider superior. ...read more

This resort was designed wonderfully. Being built at the base of Camelback Mountain provides a fantastic backdrop for the adalusion environment of the buildings and layout. There are refreshing pools and spas, with outdoor restuarants available. I truly enjoyed the comfort of the rooms, and used the outside patio every morning to enjoy the views.
