The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were well-equipped. However, some of the staff was a bit rude. Overall, my stay was decent.

It met our needs. Breakfast with the stay was convenient and very good. Clean room and helpful staff.

Finding the place was fairly easy and close to amenities. The hotel staff was rude and very cold to us completely refused to help; however, the day staff during checkout was very helpful and polite.

The desk clerks were friendly and very helpful. There were good choices for breakfast. Easy off/on to major highway.

Hotel itself was fine. The young lady who booked us in was excellent. The only problem was the fact your people booked us into a smoking room. My wife or myself have never smoked in our lives and I would never ever, book a smoking room. As they had no vacancies we were forced to stay in the smoking room, a huge disappointment. As a moving forward suggestion I would recommend that you have your staff at least ask clients when booking rooms if they desire smoking or non smoking.
