There's "not much nearby" this "classy", "pretty", V-shaped hotel, but it is just a mile from the airport and handy to the highway system; inside, a "beautiful" atrium lobby sets the tone for "crisp and clean" lodgings that "exceed expectations" in part through "excellent", pleasant service; the "good-size" rooms have "soft" beds that are also "pleasing to the eye", and some quarters boast their own balcony.

They put rose pedals on the bed.
They closed the pool early.
The accommodations this hotel provided to us on Valentine Day exceeded my expectations. They had rose pedals on the bed and in the bathroom. They had champaign in the room with chocolates.

Great location and fabulous hotel.
No microwaves, we brought food to be heated but there were none.
Great location, lovely amenities, comfy beds, exactly what we wanted and perfect start to a great vacation. Friendly staff and porters.

Foul smoky lounge and lobby. Putrid smoke odor permeated even elevator area.
Miserable: movie system was broken, no ice machine my floor, smoke pollution and old smoke odor first floor lobby.

The interior balconies overlooking the entire hotel - glass elevator.
No continental breakfast and didn't care for walking through the common areas to access the pool.
Overall this hotel met and exceeded my expectations. I liked the towels at the pool area as well as restroom proximity.

I was very pleased with my stay at the crown plaza. I had my children with me and they didn't want to leave. The hotel was close to restaurants and the airport.
