Group Traveler
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The public areas as well as the rooms were spotless, the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Hotel was nice and friendly - not to informative about the hotel and area though clean. It wasn't a far walk to the riverfront - but a good distance to the French quarter. We had a car - but kept it parked - on check out was surprised with a $20.00 per day fee for parking, we should have been told about that. And when I questioned it I was told - there is no free parking in new Orleans! I'm sorry but I didn't know that - and yes we could have looked on the street or have done cheaper public parking and would have! ...read more

Family with Young Children
We liked this hotel. It was in a safe location. We parked on the street and did not have any issues. The cleaning staff were great. If they were unable to service your room because of the do not disturb sign. They would call and leave a voice mail letting you know how to contact them for towels etc. ...read more

Nice hotel. Loved the big room and ideal location in New Orleans. Though, a little far to walk when you are tired, not bad at all when you are not.

My main impression is of a courteous staff and nice accommodations. However, being charged at checkout $30.00 a day for parking in the Hotel parking garage without prior notification of such a charge dimmed the experience for me. Also, we were pulling a trailer since we have been to a three-day trade show, and were informed upon arrival that we could not park the trailer in the parking garage. Thankfully, I have friends in New Orleans who were able to arrange a safe place to park the trailer during our stay. Location was very good and the property was very clean and inviting (except for the lack of one of the drapes which allowed a security light to shine into the room all night). ...read more
