We were very pleased with the service of the front desk. From the moment we entered the lobby, she made us feel welcome! I would highly recommend this hotel for others, but the slick showers need revamped. Someone is going to fall, and I thought it would be me! The rooms were extremely quiet and dark. We had to change rooms 3 times and got a room with another family already in it. There were people smoking pot near the elevator on the first floor. Other than that it was okay.

Were booked smoking rooms by default and hallways smelled as if most rooms were smoking. Only way to get non-smoking was to upgrade to King Suite.

Swimming pool was clean and had extra towels. Breakfast was convenient and good. Staff was friendly, helpful & compassionate. Overall, We would stay there again on our trip to Ohio.

Traveling as Couple
Our experience here was pleasant, other than having to pay extra for a nonsmoking room. The room was clean, as were the lobby and breakfast area. Nothing spectacular, but a good value.
