The view and the newly renovated rooms.
The new chandeliers in the lobby didn't look as nice as the old ones.
Very nice newly renovated hotel right next to the Arch, the flat screen tv and roomy shower were excellent.

Staff was not informed, no free wireless, little furniture in a big room.
Great location. I am guessing they are under new management as no one could give us an answer to any questions. There is no free Internet in the lobby. No coffee in the room. Giant rooms but little furniture. The people in Starbucks were more helpful than the crowds of hotel staff hanging around in the lobby. ...read more
