The staff was helpful especially getting to the airport.

The restaurant prices. That seems to be typical of France.

The hotel is situated perfectly for access to the airport. We could walk from the hotel to the airport to catch the train in to Paris. They also have a shuttle to the airport to the train depot if you choose that route. ...read more

Very comfortable beds, great location, good shuttle service, great service, Great TV.

Kind of stuffy rooms, not enough air circulation, peeling paint/paper on walls in bathroom.

The staff was wonderful! The hotel is very attractive and convenient to the CDG airport with complimentary shuttle service.

We enjoyed the hotel accommodations, friendly and helpful staff and great location to the the CDG airport. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was helpful with the language barrier and they gave us a room prior to check in time.

Everything was fine. I have no complaints

This hotel is very convenient to the CDG airport. The free shuttle comes by frequently so there was no real waiting. The staff was very nice helping us as we spoke very little French. Our room was ready in advance of check in allowing us to drop our bags and take the metro into Paris for our 24 hour layover. All in all, I was very pleased. ...read more

Shuttle service every 20 minutes in a clean mini-bus to the airport.

They take forever to answer the phone - short staffed - half of the elevators do not work - generally rude employess.

Good airport transport.

Very small room.

If you need one night's rest before flying home the CDG Sofitel is fine. Plan on spending anytinmerelaxing outside your room in lounge area or restaurant - as room is too small for anything but sleep but bed is very comfy.
