Quality Inn Liverpool

Management would not change room for us, not even the second night.

We've stayed there before and it wasn't all that bad, it's getting worse. The white comforters are always dirty (stained), the furniture is dusty, it's not that hard to pass a rag when you're cleaning the room and on top of it all, we had a smoking room when we requested a none smoking room! Stunk like crazy, got into our clothes, spent 30 bucks in deodorizers and candles to try to get the smell out and with no windows that could open for air it was disgusting. ...read more

We got lost on our way to the hotel and it was after midnight. I called the hotel clerk for directions and she stayed on the phone with me most of the way to the hotel. It was greatly appreciated. Thanks! ...read more

We spoke to the manager regarding this problem with the linen. It should be spotless. The hair on the towels was not great either. I really liked the hotel and would pay much greater attention to the linens that are put on the beds. I would council the Environmental Services staff about this problem. Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Nice room.

I was very impressed with hotel, as I said previously it was very clean & staff was very friendly.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast was fresh and offered several choices. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaints were that the beds were a bit high, particularly for short legged people and the fridge/microwave unit made a clicking noise almost constantly. ...read more
