Clean rooms and surprisingly comfortable beds.

Has to walk across a parking lot to get to the pool.

Comfortable beds and generally clean. The complimentary breakfast is nice but the room is so small, it fits less than 10 people

My teen-age daughter and I were making a college visit to nearby SUNY Binghamton and we loved the centralized location. The room was warm; no drafts. It was cold outside, but we were comfortable and warm.

The hotel's supposed to be wired for internet in our room, but we didn't find that to be the case.

The price was fine for a moderate (not luxury) hotel. Our room was clean and warm for a cold fall weekend.

Convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping.

Beds were horrible although it looked like some rooms were getting new beds. Bathroom was outdated.

Location was great, near shopping and several restaurants. The rooms could use updating including the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, not a huge choice. The room where the breakfast was, was very small.

Absolutely nothing. It was awful.

Everything especially being in a smoking room.

This was an awful hotel. Being non smokers we were given a choice of 2 smoking rooms. And the hotel staff was not concerned about this medically unsafe situation.

Reasonably clean. Towels of poor quality, not enough of them. Breakfast was disappointing. Last night the TV lost power.

Room was clean--a/c worked well.

Drains very slow--continental breakfast too crowded and poorly serviced--ice machine on another floor.

The motel is an older one, conveniently located off route 17. The room was clean but the lavatory and tub drains barely functioned and the ice machine was on another floor. The continental breakfast was located in a too-small over-crowded room. Milk came from a stainless steel dispenser but was partially frozen. The room was not clean, spider webs, trash.

For the name Best Western a let down. Need to concentrate on cleanliness which although not bad needs improvement.
