Parking.
Rude.
Hotel staff made a hassle of checking in. I am a business owner and booked the room for a performer I had in town. They wanted me to drive 30 min @ 3:30 am to show them the card. Come on! Never again.

Convenience. It was Christmas Eve/Day, and the staff was gracious.
The mattress was terrible. The towels were thin.
The rooms are clean, but the mattress was very soft. The towels were thin. While the microwave and refrigerator are a nice convenience, they are oddly located. If you make a trip to the bathroom at night, you are very likely to hit your shoulder on the corner of the cabinet. ...read more
