Location.
Dirty and not a very knowledgeable staff.
Do not stay there. For 20 extra bucks a nite you could have a better place.

I was not happy with this hotel.
Not clean and smoky.
La Crosse is a crossroads that I use for overnights when traveling to longer destinations. This hotel did not meet my expectations in cleanliness and staff friendliness.
