was clean and comfortable at a good location.

Business Traveler
The cosmetic of the room and building was good but the dirty shower stall turned me off. For the cost that I spent for the room I felt I did not get my money worth. That was due to the dirty shower.

Family with Teens
My daughter was in the ICU very ill, the hotel was my room while she was recuperating. So I ate , slept & did laundry there for nearly a week. When she was discharged but unable to travel, she & her husband stayed there w/me. She basically slept for 3 days. I told the housekeeping staff we would only need clean towels & garbage's emptied for the first two days, but on day 3 we needed a housekeeper badly. Since my daughter was so ill she slept the day away, then when she awoke I called the front desk to ask them to come clean the room for us. It was mid after noon & the housekeepers had gone for the day. Much to my surprise the front desk receptionist (her name was Connie I believe) said she never cleaned a room but would be more than happy to come up & do her best. We left the room for about an hour & when we came back, it was sparkling! We realized that young lady did NOT have to do that for us, but she did so willingly & with a smile. she didn't make us feel like we were a bother at all. That was so nice. ...read more
