Great price and location.

It has a very friendly staff excellent breakfast and lets you a breath from the hectic Times Square paste in a nice quiet room.

Very clean and comfortable. A little noisy because our room was near the only elevator. Staff was helpful.

I saw this hotel was two stars, I just needed somewhere cheap and convenient to stay for the night, so it would have been fine, had it not been for the hairs (not from your head type) all over the toilet, floor and bathtub, the long nasty black hairs all over the blanket on the bed, the stain that looked like coffee on the tile floor in the bathroom. This room was not cleaned well. I ended up throwing the blanket on the floor and just sleeping with the sheets because those were clean. The heater was loud, cold air leaking in from the wall unit ensured the heater was on most of the night. The breakfast was a joke - the fruit was dirty, they had one flavor of full fat yogurt, and the coffee was disgusting. Oh yes, how could I forget- I tried to make a waffle with the waffle iron which got stuck, and the breakfast attendant used her bare hands to pull out chunks of waffle and throw it on my plate. Needless to say, I threw it all out, and I hit the local Starbucks for breakfast afterwards. Overall I think it was a great deal. Good location, great price, clean room.

This was a decent hotel for a quick trip. The location was good as you could walk to Times Square, etc. The decor and accomodations were adequate. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was nothing special but it was very clean. ...read more

Quick, easy, safe, clean -- but poor elevator. Room was on small side, like so many of NYC rooms.

The price was below my expectations for New York so I was suspicious to begin with
and my suspicions were confirmed with a subterranean room and heavily stained bedspread. The cost savings won't add up to a repeat visit. ...read more

Very nicely remodeled and very friendly front desk. Free breakfast, though the dining area was a little crowded. The room was spotless and everything was brand new.
